Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by AIWAUTO, operated by IPIXL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues — If the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our technical fault
• Billing Errors — If you were charged incorrectly or duplicated charges occurred
• New Subscriptions — Within 7 days of your first subscription payment, if the Service did not meet your expectations

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCC) that have been consumed
• Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
• Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
• Accounts terminated due to policy violations
• Third-party charges passed through to you (WhatsApp API costs, etc.)

5. Refund Process

• Submit a refund request to contact@ipixl.in with your account details and reason
• We will review your request within 5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Downgrading Plans

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for the remaining period of a higher-tier plan.

7. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, no charges will be made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and be charged at the applicable rate.
