1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AIWAUTO ("the Service"), operated by IPIXL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AIWAUTO is a WhatsApp Business automation platform that enables businesses to send bulk campaigns, manage multi-client inboxes, create smart auto-replies, and manage WhatsApp Business API templates. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using AIWAUTO, you agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages violating WhatsApp's policies
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies

5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

You acknowledge that AIWAUTO operates through the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. You agree to comply with all Meta and WhatsApp policies, including:

• WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• Meta Business Messaging guidelines
• Template message approval requirements
• 24-hour customer service window rules

6. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice
• WhatsApp conversation charges (WCC) are billed separately based on usage

7. Intellectual Property

The AIWAUTO platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of IPIXL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPIXL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including WhatsApp API), and force majeure events may affect availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of account termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
